For organizations we offer a few options.
You can offer the program to your employees and send them to one of our open programs or run the program in-house as part of your employee development programs.

In-house programs offer the advantage of customization. Programs can be tailored to meet the objectives of your organization to develop the leadership competencies and culture needed to meet specific challenges and business realities. Managers will be aligned with your strategy and able to convey strategic intent to all employees.

All our programs are very flexible and can be delivered off-site or in an organization’s facilities. Each classroom training session can facilitate between 6 – 18 participants.

While our Open programs are not specifically targeted to your business strategy, we have experienced that participants from very different companies are still facing similar challenges when it comes to leadership.

One benefit that seems to be important to individual participants is the networking-factor. Participants appreciate the opportunity of meeting peers from other organizations and business sectors and hear about their challenges. Very often only to realize that other organizations deal with the same challenges as they do but might suggest different approaches.
