We encourage attendees to use the mentoring sessions as effectively as possible.

Everyone has their individual needs. Therefore you are the one driving the pace of the mentoring sessions. It is up to you how often you schedule meetings and how effectively you use them.

According to feedback from former participants we recommend to meet with your mentor at lease 2-3 times per month. Meetings can be held face-to-face, online or over the phone. We recommend a combination of online or phone and face-to-face.

To make the mentoring sessions as effective as possible you should prepare yourself for every session:

  • have an overall goal for the mentoring program
  • have a minimum outcome for each session
  • be prepared for each session

Your mentor will work through these topics with you in the first session and guide you through the entire process.
